Beginning Meditation Registration

Mindfulness meditation is a way of experiencing your mind/body in a very present, nonjudgmental way. During this process you may experience understandings or aspects of yourself that are unexpected. To some degree we will process these findings in class. Please, remember, however, that the purpose of this class is to teach/ learn a technique for meditation and it is not a therapy group. Should further support be needed, referrals can be made on a one-on-one basis with the instructor after class. $80 tuition due at the first class, Monday, July 9, 2018.
