The Center for Mindful Exploration is committed to providing our clients with a safe environment. Our agency has been preparing for weeks in order to ensure our office is providing clients with a safe, clean environment. Many of you have already signed a tele-mental health informed consent document to allow us to counsel you on-line via Doxy, a free, video-conferencing program that is HIPPAA compliant. For now, we encourage as many people as possible to continue, or start, telehealth sessions in an effort to slow the spread of the corona virus. We will be happy to walk you through this process via phone, or in person.
For clients who are unable to participate in on-line sessions, we will begin in-office session on a very limited basis on June 1, 2020. We will stagger sessions to reduce the number of people in the office at any given time and to give us time to clean the office between sessions. We are already following the CDC guidelines for sanitation.
Additionally, we will ask that you remain in your car until your therapist calls you and asks you to come in. There will be no waiting in the waiting room.
We will continue to remain open and minimize risk by limiting numbers in office. Please be patient with us as we call to re-schedule some clients in order to keep everyone safe.
There will be no in-person yoga classes for the time being, but both regular and adaptive yoga classes are being held on -line. For more information regarding yoga classes, please email Joanne Rogers (email@example.com) or Kristina Moore (firstname.lastname@example.org)
We look forward to continuing to serve you for all your mental health needs while we navigate this difficult time together.
