Our Mindful Community is a group of people who are interested in looking at life through the lens of mindfulness and contemplation. It is a safe group where we can look at our lives and things that are happening in our culture and examine personal and cultural narratives. We have several opportunities through out the year to come together. We’d love to have you join us. FREE and open to the public. Community Meditation meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. A different type of meditation is practiced each month. Come join our mindfulness community and strengthen or begin your own practice. (Donations accepted to support our local Meals on Wheels program)
Advanced practice that meets monthly to deeply explore meditation and mindfulness concepts.
New for 2018, this is an opportunity for our mindfulness community to come together and watch a movie and discuss it and to just be together and have some fun.
Our silent retreats are day long retreats that include opportunities for both individual and group contemplation, guided and unguided meditation and gently movement that is accessible to all levels.
