Our Mindful Community is a group of people who are interested in looking at life through the lens of mindfulness and contemplation. It is a safe group where we can look at our lives and things that are happening in our culture and examine personal and cultural narratives. We have several opportunities through out the year to come together. We’d love to have you join us. Please contact The Center for Mindful Exploration for more information about joining our community events.
