The Center for Mindful Exploration hosts two silent retreats a year. This is a day of contemplation with a combination of structured (guided) and unstructured meditation and movement. It is a time for healing and for deeply relaxing the Central Nervous System.
The yoga and the movement are accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or ability.

Come join us on Saturday, May 7, 10am – 3pm for a time of deep relaxation and healing. Our silent retreats are one of our most popular events. Space is limited so register early.
