The Center for Mindful Exploration hosts two silent retreats a year. This is a day of contemplation with a combination of structured (guided) and unstructured meditation and movement. It is a time for healing and for deeply relaxing the Central Nervous System.
Due to high demand for the facility, we will have to wait until spring for our next Silent Retreat.
