Ongoing Yoga Classes
MindfulX Yoga is our ongoing, mindful approach to yoga. This class will begin meeting in person on Thursday evenings from 7-8pm on August 5, 2021.

Second Sunday Savasana
Join us at the Center for Mindful Exploration on the 2nd Sunday of each month for yoga practice and guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing, transformational meditative practice.
Starting Sunday, August 8, 2021, 4 -5:30 PM.
Cost $15. Space is limited.
Beginning Mindful Meditation Class
This 4-week, experiential class will address the basics of mindfulness meditation. There will be time for instruction, practice and processing your experiences and stumbling blocks with the instructor and class.
