What’s New In October

Thank you so much to everyone who participated in our community in September. This is an exciting time to be back together, but it can also be a time of anxiety as we figure out together how to best keep ourselves, our families and one another safe.

In an effort to keep things safe, we are limiting the size of some of our classes and workshops. We encourage you to register early as classes are filling up quickly.

Community Meditation

Community Meditation is a monthly guided meditation. It is free and open to the public. At this time we are still meeting on FaceBook Live on the fourth Monday of each month at 7pm. Please join us live or visit the live Tab on our FaceBook page.

Ongoing Yoga Classes

MindfulX Yoga is our ongoing, mindful approach to yoga. This class will begin meeting in person on Thursday evenings from 7-8pm on August 5, 2021.

Adapative Yoga will remain online at this time

OUR YOGA CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY FILLED FOR OCTOBER.


Second Sunday Savasana

Second Sunday Savasana is on hold as we keep our eye on the pandemic. We will launch this programs again in 2022.
