A 4-week experiential, introductory class to mindfulness meditation

 

HILLSIDE YOGA

Gentle yoga classes combine classic yoga poses with modifications and support to create a practice that works for just about anyone. We focus on mind-body awareness, breath, balance, strength and safe range of motion.

 

MINDFULNESS PLUS

A group for those who have an established meditation/ mindfulness practice and would like support strengthening this practice.

 

LIVING WITH INTENTION

An 8-Week Advanced Meditation and Mindfulness Intensive

 

BALANCED EMPATHY WORKSHOP

Both modern psychology and traditional mind-body practices offer approaches to balancing our empathetic responses to pain and difficulty around us. We’ll explore both in this workshop.

 

INTRODUCTION TO CHAKRA MEDITATION WORKSHOP

A 2-day interactive workshop that explores the basics of this ancient system in a way that has meaning in our lives today.
