A few weeks ago Susan showed me how to upload my yoga notes to the website so she wouldn’t have to do it for me any more. And then I stopped writing. I blame it on spring. And sunshine. Then there’s dirt and the need to dig in the dirt and plant something. Also: azaleas, clover, little white flowers and yellow flowers and blue flowers blooming alongside the road on our way to the lake. Dogwood trees in bloom. The Pine Mountain Trail. A grandson with dimples. Baby birds on the back porch. I could go on.
Life is busting out all over, and I don’t want to miss it. Don’t you feel it, too?
Welcome to Tantra yoga! While I didn’t realize it when I planned out the year, spring is a perfect time to talk about Tantra yoga and explore some of its themes–enjoying life here and now, accessing personal strength and power, the richness of ritual and practice. Oh, and chakras.
I’m really looking forward to this season with you at Hillside Yoga. While the weather is nice, we may practice outside at Doc Spiers on Jefferson.
P.S. If you are not a part of this yoga community already, we invite you to join us. The schedule, location and contact information is on the website. If you have questions, contact me.
