Ongoing Yoga Classes:

CFME Yoga Class, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7 PM

This practice is designed to leave you feeling open, balanced, connected and calm. You can expect a sequence of postures that develop strength, balance and flexibility, breath control practice and resting meditation. This class is for all levels of yoga practice. Your instructors can provide modifications to adapt poses to your current abilities.

Adaptive Yoga Class, Mondays at 5:30 PM and Fridays at 10:30 AM

This practice has all the same components of our other classes—modified so that those of us with some physical limitations can enjoy a practice that fits our abilities. Expect standing poses with optional chair support, seated poses, and a choice of moving down to the mat for stretching and resting meditation or staying seated.

Prices

  • Drop-In: $10
  • One class/ week: $35/ month 
  • Two classes/ week: $50/ month

Second Sunday Savasana

Join us at the Center for Mindful Exploration on the 2nd Sunday of each month for yoga practice and guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing, transformational meditative practice. 4 -5:30 PM. Cost $15. Space is limited. Register here.
