Dear Community,

We’re excited to share an important update with you—one rooted in mindfulness, clarity, and possibility.

As The Center for Mindful Exploration has evolved, so too has our yoga program. What began as a shared offering has grown into something ready to stand fully in its own light. With great enthusiasm and mutual support, the yoga studio will soon become Hillside Yoga and Wellness.

This change is deeply intentional and mutually beneficial. It allows The Center for Mindful Exploration to focus more fully on expanding our therapy, counseling, and educational offerings, while Hillside Yoga and Wellness steps into its own vision for yoga, meditation, and community-based wellness.

We are genuinely excited about what this means—for our teams, our missions, and our shared community. Both spaces remain rooted in shared values of mindfulness, compassion, and community. We look forward to continuing to work together in complementary ways.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We can’t wait to grow forward—together, and with intention.
