Therapy is the heart of our practice.
All of our other services center around and support wellness and therapeutic goals. We understand how hard it is to be stuck and not know where to turn. We are not here to tell you what to do. We are here to offer skills, information, perspective and support as you walk through your own journey.
Our therapists are person-centered, which means we meet each person where they are and collaboratively develop a plan for healing and wellness. In this process we listen, teach skills, use cogntive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to support wellness.
