The Silent Retreat is a day of contemplation with a combination of structured (guided) and unstructured meditation and movement. It is a time for healing and for deeply relaxing the Central Nervous System.
The yoga and the movement are accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or ability.
Silent Retreats are offered each spring and fall. This is one of our most popular events and space is limited. Lunch is included.
