Our Mindfulness Community has asked for an advanced meditation course.
This is our answer.
Living with Intention is an 8-week Intensive that is designed to strengthen your meditation practice and to reinforce mindfulness skills. Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence are skills that can be learned. Come join us on this 8-week journey of community, learning, discovery and practice.
This class is designed for those who have taken our beginning meditation class or for those who already have an established meditation or contemplative practice.
This class meets for 2 hours a week for 8 weeks and includes a Day-Long Silent Retreat
