Yoga Unwind Winter 2024/25
Winter is coming! It’s a time to root in, be grounded, and nourish our spirits. To help you in your own journey, we will be offering Yoga Unwind selected Sundays each month during winter. These late afternoon sessions will include some reflection, gentle movement, breathing exercises, and guided Yoga Nidra meditation. No yoga or meditation experience is required. Physical movement is accessible to most people and can be done seated.

“In I-Rest, Joanne leads you on a journey through your body with meditation. You are totally relaxed and meditating. Joining us in the studio
Savasana, a time of rest, can be practiced sitting up, lying down or even standing up. If you plan to lie down (my favorite!) please bring a mat. You may also want to bring a blanket or beach towel and small pillow. I have chairs, bolsters and blankets as well.
Joining Online
When you register for the online class, you will receive a Zoom link for the class. Prepare your space to comfortably sit or lie down for meditation. I encourage you to have your camera on, but it’s not required.
