Yoga Unwind in September and October

Join us for a yoga practice designed to help you transition from your busy day to a restful night, 7 PM, Mondays and Thursdays. This practice will include a gentle flow of postures, calming breath work, and a nice long savasana–resting meditation. 

Mondays and Thursdays, 7 PM, September 9 – October 24, 2024. In person and online.  

$15 per class. This class is included in the monthly subscription and 5 & 10 class packs.

Joining us in the studio

Savasana, a time of rest, can be practiced sitting up, lying down or even standing up. If you plan to lie down (my favorite!) please bring a mat. You may also want to bring a blanket or beach towel and small pillow. I have chairs, bolsters and blankets as well.

Joining Online

When you register for the online class, you will receive a Zoom link for the class. Prepare your space to comfortably sit or lie down for meditation. I encourage you to have your camera on, but it’s not required.
