Nurturing the nervous system

This series offers students the chance to take a comprehensive dive into the nervous system, learning about its parts and the ways this system serves us on a daily basis while also enjoying yoga sessions that are both invigorating and relaxing. Each class opens with Occupational Therapy based tips for building a resilient Nervous System. The class will then practice and learn Kundalini meditations and exercises to strengthen and restore the Nervous System, leading to smoother daily living and an increase in overall health and vitality. Participants will receive an instruction manual with all tips, meditations and kriyas at the close of the series for continued practicing at home. This series is modifiable and can be adjusted to fit any level of practitioner.
