Yoga/Meditation Classes and Workshops

Below are brief descriptions of current and upcoming yoga and meditation classes. You can register and pay for classes through the scheduling application below. Please contact us via email or phone if you have questions. All times Eastern United States.

Beginner and Intermediate Yoga

These classes include traditional yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. We offer modifications as needed. You will need to bring your own mat. If you join us online, we recommend a mat, strap, and block for your practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga links movement and breath into a continuous flow. The dynamic sequence of movement creates focus and energy, drawing the body, breath, and mind into one. Our Hillside Yoga studio is fortunate to have Kristina Moore, RYT, teaching this style of yoga. It’s hard for the mind to wander off during her creative sequencing. Kristina teaches Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:15 AM. 

Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive Yoga is great for people of all different abilities. We use chairs and other tools to modify poses to fit our bodies and abilities. In studio participants should bring a yoga mat. If you attend online, you will need a yoga mat, sturdy chair, and strap.

Private and Semi-Private Sessions

Private sessions are available by appointment. We offer yoga, breath work (pranayama), meditation, and iRest Yoga Nidra (a special guided meditation for deep rest). Contact Joanne via email or phone to set up a session.

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Classes

iRest Yoga Nidra is Tuesday evenings at 6:45 PM.

iRest Yoga Nidra guided meditation is an evidence-based transformative practice that supports psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being. No meditation experience is required. Community Meditation

Please join us on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM for this free community event as we explore different methods of meditation.

Pricing

Single Class (Drop in) $15.00
5 Class Pass $65.00 expires in 180 days/6 months
10 Class Pass $120.00 expires in 180 days/6 months
Monthly Subscription $60.00 per month

Passes and subscriptions apply to regularly scheduled classes and some workshops.

Registration

Please use the Registration application below to register and securely pay for classes. Registration secures your place in a class. The system will prompt you to create an account and agree to a waiver of liability. This information stays with our studio. You will receive an email confirming your payment. To select the classes you plan to attend, look for the date, then select the specific class. If you plan to attend online, be sure to select the online class. All times Eastern United States.

If you need to cancel your registration for a class, you can do so up to 15 minutes before the class begins.
