Welcome to our Mindfulness Community.
We offer a number of ways to learn more about mindfulness, from our free monthly meditation, to classes for beginners and for those with ongoing meditation and mindfulness practices. We also offer workshops on a variety of topics.
Community Meditation meets on Tuesday, March 27, 7-8 pm. This will be a silent meditation. We meet at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in LaGrange, GA. THIS IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, SO PLEASE COME JOIN US.
Gentle yoga classes combine classic yoga poses with modifications and support to create a practice that works for just about anyone. We focus on mind-body awareness, breath, balance, strength and safe range of motion.
Our beginning class is a 4-week experiential class that meets once or twice a year, depending on need. To find out how to get on a waiting list for the next class, please call or email.

Movie Nights will begin in 2018. We’re excited about our movie choices. Times and dates will be announced as soon as they are available. This will be a free event, but we will need to know who would like to attend each quarter so we can provide adequate space.
