Beginning Mindfulness Meditation Class
Learning to stop, calm and look deeply with mindfulness meditation

This is a 4-week course that meets two hours per week. The course is experiential, combining information, meditation experience and time for participants to process their experiences and insights with one another and with the instructor. The four sessions will address meditation basics, working with the body, working with the mind and using meditation in the rest of our world. Throughout the course, we will look at common stumbling blocks in meditation and learn to work with them, incorporating them into our meditation practice.
Cost: $80 for the 4-week course, no refunds for missed classes
