We will continue our advanced group. Now called Mindfulness Plus, this is a group for those who have an established meditation/ mindfulness practice and would like to have a community to support their practices. We will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month an hour prior to Community Meditation.
Hillside Yoga is starting a new Beginning Yoga Class. This class is appropriate for all levels and abilities. This 6-week course will begin in February. We will meet on Thursday evenings from 7-8:30. Come begin a new practice or strengthen your existing practice. We will continue the Saturday morning class as well. Sign up soon. Space is limited.
Our 4-week Beginning Mindfulness Meditation Class will meet Monday evenings in February. This class is experiential and is a great way to start a new meditation practice or strengthen an existing practice.
The Center for Mindful Exploration will host a Silent Retreat on Saturday, March 10. This is a wonderful experience and an opportunity to slow down and quiet your central nervous system.
