Joanne Rogers is a certified yoga teacher with over 25 years experience in training and personal development. Her learner-centered approach fosters an active and creative environment. Participants learn how to incorporate yoga into their lives with practical tools for integrating mind, body, emotions, relationships and spirit.
Joanne brings a strong background in teaching, training and program design to The Center for Mindful Exploration. Her relaxed and accessible approach to yoga and health welcomes people of all backgrounds and abilities to find their own particular path to health and wellness.
Joanne fosters a sense of acceptance while cultivating an environment for change in all of her classes. In her Hillside Yoga Classes she develops year long curricula to assist participants build a meaningful and informed yoga practice.
