In addition to therapy, we offer a number of ways to learn more about mindfulness, from our free monthly meditation, to classes for beginners and for those with ongoing meditation and mindfulness practices. We also offer workshops on a variety of topics.

Community Meditation
Community Meditation meets the first Wednesday of each month from 7-8 pm. Each month we do a different type of meditation. We meet at Hillside Yoga and Wellness, located at 8 Garfield Street, LaGrange, GA. THIS IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY, SO PLEASE COME JOIN US.

Join Susan Marshall, LPC in a 4-week introductory class on Mindful Meditation. Learn what it is, what it is not, how and why to do it.
Stitch and Soothe: Knitting for calm and connection
Stitch and Soothe is a four-week therapeutic program led by Holly Roberts, APC. This group is designed to help participants manage anxiety and enhance mental well-being through the calming practice of knitting.

Spring Silent Meditation Retreat 2026
Join us Saturday, May 16, 2026, 10 AM – 3 PM for a day of contemplation with a combination of structured (guided) and unstructured meditation and movement. It is a time for healing and for deeply relaxing the Central Nervous System. Lunch is included. $100.00
